THE COURSE

Founded in 1912 and designed by famed architect Donald Ross, Pine Ridge Golf Club remains a true test of golf. The Ridge offers it’s Members the BEST GOLFING EXPERIENCE in Manitoba, with quick undulating greens, rolling hills, and the legendary par 3 ninth hole.

Our nationally regarded golf course is complimented by our excellent Practice Facilities, with a large Grass Tee Driving Range, Chipping Green, Practice Bunker, and conveniently located Putting Green.

HOLE 1

An excellent starting hole, short and pretty straightforward, but watch out for this green as putting from the wrong side of the hole will be testing for all skill levels.

HOLE 2

A reachable par 5 for long hitters that leaves a good chance at birdie. Avoid the left bunker on your tee shot with out of bounds along the left side. The green runs away from you on your approach.

A short par 4 dogleg to the right that doesn't need a driver off the tee. Beware of out of bounds on both sides of the hole.

Reachable in two by only the long hitters, this hole normally plays into the wind. A birdie here is a bonus!

One of the toughest holes on the course, Hole 5 demands a good drive with out of bounds down the left side. A good second shot is reqiured into a difficult green to read.

Don't let the length fool you, this hole will test your patience when it comes to the green. Par is a good score.

First par 3 on the course. Tee shot plays slightly uphill to a green surrounded by sand.

This is a risk-reward hole. Long hitters will take it up the righ hand side and past the water, with shorter hitters laying up. Birdie oppurtunity if you can read a tricky green.

One of the toughest holes in Canada, Hole 9 demands an excellent tee shot to a diabolical saucer green.

HOLE 10

Back down the hill for Hole 10. Getting through these back to back par 3's in even par is a step up on the field.

One of the hardest holes on the golf course, with a good drive leaving a mid to long iron into a small green. Beware of the out of bounds down the right and hazard on the left.

Another risk-reward hole, a good drive will leave you a chance to hit a protected and narrow green in two.

A short uphill par 4, with longer hitters able to reach the green off the tee. The green slopes severely back to front, so try to keep the ball below the hole.

One of Donald Ross's great par 3's, this bowled green is gaurded by bunkers on all sides.

Longest hole on the golf course. An elevated green makes for a tough approach shot.

A three tier green makes for some tough putting, choose your club wisely.

A good par 4 that reqiures an accurate drive. Green is below fairway so may reqiure one less club on your approach shot.

A very tough finishing hole with no visible trouble. Uphill approach to green is all carry. Par is a great score here.
