Pine Ridge prides itself on providing unforgettable cuisine prepared fresh in house and complimented by our extraordinary customer service. We are happy to provide your event with several options to suit the needs of your group, and if you don’t see what you were looking for we are happy to work with you on a menu that does!

Pre Tee Off Luncheon

Your Tournament Luncheon will begin 1 hour prior to your first Tee Time or Shotgun start. We are happy to accommodate your group in our members lounge with lunch served Buffet Style.


Luncheon Options

We offer the following three choices for your group’s luncheon, please ask if you have any specific meal choices or dietary requests.

BBQ Luncheon

  • Served on the patio, one hour prior to start time
  • Smokie, Hot Dog or Hamburger and Can of Pop
  • $0.95 extra charge for cheese and sautéed onions
  • Add a bag of chips - $2.25 per person

Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  • Served on the patio, one hour prior to start time
  • Served on Kaiser bun, with Coleslaw
  • Served with a can of pop
  • Add a bag of chips - $2.25 per person

Breakfast Sandwich

  • Bacon, Egg Omelet, and Cheese served on an English Muffin
  • Served with Coffee & Juice
  • Add Hashbrowns - $3.00

Premium Luncheons

To add a special touch to your event, we have added the following premium lunches available at an additional cost per person.

Build Your Own Sandwich & Soup (add $3.50 per person)

  • Assortment of fresh made Deli Sandwiches
  • One Cream & One Broth Soup – Chef’s Choice
  • Two salads - Chef's Choice
  • Served with a can of pop

Breakfast Buffet (add $3.50 per person)

  • Sausage, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Hashbrowns
  • Pastries
  • Fresh Fruit Platter
  • Served with Coffee or Tea
  • Orange and Cranberry Juice

Sponsored Lunches

Groups that wish to have a sponsored lunch may deduct $5.00 per person from the indicated Tournament Packages. Please be aware that Pine Ridge will not have staff available to help with the setup, execution, or clean-up of a sponsored Lunch. Pine Ridge will be happy to make staff available at an hourly charge of $20.00, which must be indicated a minimum of two weeks prior to the event. Please ensure your lunch service volunteers have arrived early enough to be prepared for your indicated lunchtime, and that the area has been left as it was found. (Garbage, Plates, Etc.)

Tournament Dinners

Following the completion of your event, our highly skilled Chef has prepared the following options for your group to find the perfect way to end your day! All Tournament Dinners will be served a 3 Course dinner of Salad, Main Dish, and Dessert complete with House Baked Bread, Butter and Coffee or Tea.

Each group will have the choice of Salad, Fresh Vegetable, Starch, Main Course, & Dessert, with the options listed below. If interested, groups can add soup to their service for an additional $3.50 per person.

Tournament Dinner Side Dish Options

Salads (select one)

  • Mixed Greens with Tomatoes, Red Onions, Olives, Cucumbers, Feta Cheese with Greek Dressing
  • Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons and Parmesan Cheese
  • Mandarin Almond Salad: mandarins, almonds, fresh greens, tomato, carrot, cranberries, and fresh sprouts in a light creamy dressing
  • Asparagus salad, chiffonade of lettuce, crispy bacon & Parmesan cheese

Hors d’oeuvres

Hors D’oeuvres are a great option for groups who wish to have a cocktail before sitting down for dinner or a hole sponsor looking to add a special touch to their hole. Enjoy a nice spread for your guests by choosing 5 of the options listed below, $12 per person for passed or plated hors d'oeuvres. Subject to tax and gratuity.

  • Coconut shrimp
  • Smoked salmon and dill cream cheese topped with capers & lemon on a crostini
  • Chicken satay with spicy dip
  • Diver caught sea scallops seared with cream
  • Parmesan marinated bison brochettes with tomato sauce

On Course Food & Beverage Options

Pine Ridge is also happy to provide the following options, perfect for no hassle sponsor holes! If you don’t see what you are looking for we would be happy to come up with an option to suit your group. Prices listed include the cost of Pine Ridge staffing the hole for the duration of your tournament. Prices subject to taxes and gratuity.

Liquor Hole

Let your guests enjoy a complimentary 1 ounce cocktail, fully serviced by Pine Ridge staff, $5.09 per player includes ice, cups, lids, straws and mixes

Beer Hole

Let your guests enjoy a complimentary can of beer, fully serviced by Pine Ridge staff for $5.09 per player

Pizza Hole

Let your guests enjoy a complimentary slice of pizza, fully serviced by Pine Ridge staff, $4.50 per person

Chicken Wing Hole

Let your guests enjoy complimentary Chicken Wings, fully serviced by Pine Ridge staff, $4.50 for 3 per person

On Course Ice

Pine Ridge is happy to supply bags of Arctic Glacier Ice for any of your sponsored holes at a cost of $4.00 per bag. Please note we DO NOT supply ice free of charge. Please make arrangements prior to your event to ensure a sufficient supply is available.

Audio Visual

Add another element to your post golf banquet by taking advantage of our brand-new Audio-Visual Equipment. $150 (plus taxes) includes use of two Projectors & Built-In Screens, LCD Television, Podium, Microphone, & Surround Sound Audio all synched to your presentation.

Please note that sound system is designed for voice and background music, and not a replacement for a DJ.
