Your Tournament Luncheon will begin 1.5 hours prior to your first Tee Time or Shotgun start. We are happy to accommodate your group in our Members Lounge with lunch served buffet style.

Additional Luncheons are available at a cost of $9.95 per luncheon (plus cost of any upgrades). All prices listed subject to taxes and gratuity.

BBQ Luncheon

All Tournaments will be served choice of either a Gourmet Buffet or 3 Course Dinner of Salad, Main Dish, and Dessert. Both options complete with House Baked Bread & Butter and finished with Coffee & Tea service.

Pine Ridge Signature Buffet Dinner

A buffet dinner is a great option to provide increased selection for your guests while shortening the length of your dinner service. In order to avoid long line-ups, we recommend having the buffet available to your guests as they come off the golf course.

Braised Chicken Breast with Basil Cream Sauce Dinner

  • Greek Salad made with Fresh Greens, Sliced Tomato, Red Onions, Cucumbers, Kalamata Olives, and Feta Cheese tossed in our Homemade Greek Dressing
  • Seared & Braised Chicken Breast with Basil Cream Sauce accompanied by Thyme Roasted Yellow Potatoes and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables
  • Warm Apple Tart topped with a Delicious Crumble and Caramel Sauce.

Prime Rib & Yorkshire Pudding Dinner

  • Our Classic Caesar Salad with Crisp Romaine, Fresh Baked Croutons, Grated Parmesan, and our Garlicy Homemade Dressing
  • Slow Roasted Prime Rib seasoned with our House Blend and topped with Glacé de Viande, served along side a Yorkshire Pudding, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato, and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables.

Roasted Beef Tenderloin Dinner (add $4.50 per person)

Please select one Salad, one Protein, one side, and one Dessert. Soup course available for $3.95 per person, but note an additional course will increase the length of dinner service. Please ask for soup options. For groups smaller than 50 people, choice of protein option available, however all sides to stay the same.

Hors D’oeuvres are a great option for groups who wish to have a cocktail before sitting down for dinner or a hole sponsor looking to add a special touch to their hole.

Drink Tickets

Provide your guests a complimentary beverage from our bar, beverage cart, or on course concession. $5.31 per ticket for a single bar rail shot or domestic regular beer, or charged based on consumption for open availability of products.

Liquor Hole

Let your guests enjoy a complimentary 1 ounce cocktail, fully serviced by Pine Ridge staff, $5.31 per player includes ice, cups, lids, straws and mixes (charged based on consumption)

Beer Hole

Let your guests enjoy a complimentary glass of draft beer, fully serviced by Pine Ridge staff for $5.31 per player (charged based on consumption)

Pizza Hole

Let your guests enjoy a complimentary slice of pepperoni or mushroom pizza, fully serviced by Pine Ridge staff, $4.50 per person

Chicken Wing Hole

Let your guests enjoy complimentary Chicken Wings, fully serviced by Pine Ridge staff, $4.50 for 3 wings per person

On Course Ice

Pine Ridge is happy to supply bags of Arctic Glacier Ice for any of your sponsored holes at a cost of $4.00 per bag. Please note we DO NOT supply ice free of charge. Please make arrangements prior to your event to ensure a sufficient supply is available.
